Hi Cayasm (forgive me but I don't know your real name)
Thankyou so much for taking the time to stop over and leave a comment on my blog. I was born and raised in Scotland and have been living in the U.S now for 18 years or so. I left after I met and married my hubby. (one of those those "yanky" navy men, lol) My hubby just retired from the military last year.
Haven't been back to Scotland since I left in 1990, but one day hope to go back for a holiday.
Who would of thought that simple portion control and exercise would help a person lose weight? lol....the past few times of restricting foods, eliminating my faves and being miserable and all the time I could of simple done what my husbands been saying all these years. Oh well, you live and learn.
Hope you stop by my blog often. It's nice to walk to Alaska, but even nicer when you have friends coming along for the chit-chat.
