I'VE BEEN TAGGED

Sheria from On My Mind has tagged me:

Rules

1. The rules of the game

2. Each player answers questions about themselves.

3. At the end of the post the player then tags 5 people, and posts their names, goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment letting them know they've been tagged.

Questions

1. WHAT WHERE YOU DOING TEN YEARS AGO

Hard to remember anything specific but ten years ago after doing a variety of different jobs I went back into Pub Management, starting at the Red Lion in Westminster, which is right by the Houses Of Parliament, we also had a lot of MP's who used to drink in the pub we were also a 5 minute walk away from Downing Street, quite an exciting time, we used to see and hear a lot even before it was on the News.

2. WHAT ARE 5 THINGS ON MY TO-DO  LIST TODAY

I haven't even started yet..lol but here goes

a trip to the post office

clean my kitchen floor

finish my book, a crime novel

go for a walk

make my appointment for a facial later in the week(thats my treat to myself)

3. SNACKS I ENJOY

Chocolate, Chocolate, we have a shop in town that make fresh cream filled chocolates so after the post office I'll go there.

Olives, Wotsits, Crispbreads with Hummous or Taramsalata, Chashew nuts(so moreish)

4. WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WERE A BILLIONAIRE

Set up womens shelters so families can stay together offering practical advise on how to move forward, also with offer respite care to those who look after aged parents or handicapped children anyone in need.

Offering school leavers who don't want further education a chance to learn a trade, and be productive.

Nursery places and after school care for single working mothers/fathers

Walk the great Wall of China, swim with Dolphins, go on a Safari, have dinner with George Clooney (if I was a billionaire I could make that happen..lol).

5. BAD HABITS

Impatience

Overeating

Chocolate

Not always keeping in touch with friends and loved ones

Being too hard on myself(perfection is very hard to attain)

6. 5 PLACES I HAVE LIVED

Neasden where I grew up, and various places around London

Colchester, been here for 17 years

7. 5 JOBS I'VE HAD

Chef

Nursing Assistant

Clerical worker

Pub Manager

Shop assistant in Marks and Spencers when at school

5 people I want to know about:

Lisa, life on a bison farm

Pam, almost 40

Sunny Seth, palm harbour

Joyce, my extremely simple life

Jan, Serendipity

I have'n written anything for ages doing more readin than writing, so this was a good way for me to get back into it

Take care all

Yasmin

Thank you so much for playing! You are such an interesting person. We do share a love for the chocolate; I wish that I could have chocolate every day. I once dated a man who told me that he didn't really care for chocolate; I just lost all interest in him. Clearly, there must have been something wrong with him! Love the George Clooney idea. When we become billionaires, you and I can double date with George Clooney and Denzel Washington.--Sheria

Thanks for your kind words of encouragement that you left me on my journal today. I love dolphins too. I have not had the chance to swim with them but have been able to get in the water with them, and pet them. It was an amazing experience.

Best Wishes
